Expanding into the Netherlands with DAMM Deurentechniek
EMI Group continues its European expansion through the acquisition of DAMM Deurentechniek, marking its entry into the Netherlands and strengthening its position in Western Europe.
The move is part of the Group’s broader ambition to become a top three player in each market it operates in. With an established presence in Romania and Belgium, the Netherlands represents a mature and technically advanced market, offering strong potential for service-driven growth.
DAMM Deurentechniek brings over 40 years of experience, a solid customer base across agricultural and industrial sectors, and a well-developed service and maintenance organization. The company delivers around 1,000 industrial doors annually and is recognized for its ability to provide customized solutions, tailored to the specific technical and operational needs of each project.
A key element of the integration is the continuity of the local team and leadership. DAMM remains operationally independent, preserving its culture, client relationships, and way of working, while benefiting from the financial strength and strategic support of EMI Group. This reflects the Group’s decentralized model, designed to combine local agility with scalable growth.
The partnership also creates the foundation for further expansion in the Netherlands, both organically and through additional acquisitions. At the same time, both companies aim to accelerate the development of service and maintenance activities, increasing recurring revenues and strengthening long-term client relationships.
Looking ahead, DAMM targets annual growth of around 20%, supported by increased demand for customized industrial solutions and by the expansion of its technical teams. As in other markets, attracting skilled technicians remains a key priority for sustaining this growth.
Through this acquisition, EMI Group reinforces its service-first positioning and continues to build a European platform rooted in proximity to clients, technical expertise, and long-term value creation.
