About Access Systems
Access Systems is a leading provider of industrial access solutions in Belgium. Established in 2013, the company specializes in the distribution and installation of industrial sectional doors, high-speed doors, pedestrian doors, and loading docks. With a team of 35 dedicated employees, Access Systems delivers fast, personalized, and high-quality service across sales, installation, maintenance, and repair, regardless of the brand.
Strong leadership
The company was founded by three industry veterans, two of whom are still actively involved, one of them being François Pirnay, current Managing Director. In 2022, Access Systems became part of the EMI Group further strengthening its position in the market.
Solid roots
Access Systems operates primarily in the French-speaking region of Wallonia, with 80% of its presence in this area. The company’s strong market presence is supported by its newly expanded warehouse, built in 2019, which enhances its ability to manage a substantial inventory.
Diverse approach
Access Systems focuses heavily on services, which account for the majority of its revenue, and maintains direct relationships with industrial companies rather than relying heavily on construction projects. The company’s strength lies in its comprehensive stock, skilled in-house technicians, and brand-agnostic approach, working with over ten suppliers to offer diverse and reliable solutions.
François Pirnay, Managing Director Access Systems BV
Together with Jean-Benoît Leroy, François Pirnay is the managing director of Access Systems, bringing a strong technical and commercial background to the role. At 38 years old, François has accumulated over 15 years of experience in the industry. He started as a sectional door technician and shifted to a commercial role before starting his company Access Systems BV in 2013 together with 2 former colleagues, Jean-Benoît and Andy. Having been a technician himself, he always finds the perfect solution for any situation thereby leveraging his technical background and entrepreneurial spirit to set up strong partnerships with clients.
