EMI Group evolves its leadership structure
Jérôme France to become Chairman and Julien Anglade to take over as CEO from 1 October 2026
As EMI Group continues to grow across countries, companies and teams, its leadership structure is evolving with it.
Effective 1 October 2026, Jérôme France will become Chairman of EMI Group, while Julien Anglade will take over as CEO. The change reflects the Group’s growth and provides a clearer structure for supporting its companies while preserving their local identity, autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit.
Jérôme France founded EMI Group and has led its development as CEO, shaping a model that brings strong local companies together while allowing them to remain close to their customers, markets and teams. As Chairman, he will remain actively involved in the Group, focusing primarily on strategy, business development and acquisitions.
“This evolution marks a new step for EMI Group, but it does not change what brings us together: continuing to grow without losing our identity, staying close to our customers, preserving our entrepreneurial spirit and continuing to trust the women and men who make EMI Group what it is every day.”
Jérôme France
Julien joined EMI Group at the beginning of 2026 as Group Managing Director, bringing almost 25 years of international leadership experience in multi-country organisations, as well as expertise in business transformation and the integration of acquired companies. In recent months, he has spent time across the Group’s companies, working closely with their managers and teams to understand their strengths, operational realities and opportunities for closer collaboration.
As CEO, Julien will assume responsibility for the Group’s day-to-day management, including operations, HR, finance and M&A integration. His role will be to support EMI Group’s companies and their teams in improving performance, sharing useful expertise and benefiting more fully from being part of the same Group.
“What makes me proud of EMI is the people: thanks to your work and commitment, we are growing compared with last year, and it’s lovely to see our shared efforts paying off. As I step into the CEO role, thank you for your trust and warm support. I look forward to spending more time with you, hearing your ideas and continuing to grow together.”
Julien Anglade
The leadership evolution strengthens EMI Group’s ability to move forward while keeping its operating model decentralized and close to the field. The direction remains unchanged: supporting strong local companies, investing in their development and building the Group through the expertise and commitment of its people.
